1/2c Old fashioned rolled oats
1 c almond milk, light soymilk, or water
1/3c egg whites
1/4c berries (fresh or frozen)
1 liberal tbsp sunflower seed nutbutter
1. measure out oatmeal. add cup of liquid. add cinnamon. microwave for three minutes. (watch it. the oatmeal may overflow)
2. add eggwhites. cook another minute in the microwave.
3. add berries and nutbutter and enjoy!
