This is delicious before or after a run/walk.
What you’ll need:
1. nut butter
2. your choice of bread
3. egg whites or beaters (whatever you prefer, I use whites)
1. get two pieces of bread. Measure half cup of egg whites. season with salt and pepper. microwave for 1 minute- 1 minute and a half.
2. Then microwave your two pieces of bread for 30 sec.
3. Slather almond butter on top of the bread after they are hot and out of the microwave.
4. Slice banana on top
5. Put egg whites on top of the bananas.
6. shove the piece of banana that didn’t fit on your pieces of bread into your mouth.
7. and enjoy.
